At the time of ordering you will be offered two delivery options:

England, Wales and Scottish lowands:
Next Working Day at £6.50 including VAT
Within 5 Working Days at £4.99 including VAT
Orders over £60 inc VAT (£51.06 exc) ship free.

If you live in any of the following Post Code areas IV, KW, HS, ZE, KA27-28, PA20-80, PH4-50, AB31-38, AB40-56, BT, IM, GY, and JE or Eire we offer the following delivery service:
Within 5 Working Days at £29.36 including VAT
Orders over £200 inc VAT (£171.21 net) ship free.

WE SHIP ALL OUR PRODUCTS VIA BUSINESS POST/FEDEX AND CAN PROVIDE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A DELIVERY SERVICE MORE THAN 99.8% RELIABLE WITH REAL TIME ORDER TRACKING.

DESPATCH
We aim to despatch all orders that are received by 3pm on the same day.

Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following working day.

All orders received after 3pm on Friday and throughout the weekend will be despatched on the following working day. National Holidays in England should not be considered as working days.

DELIVERY
Next Day Deliveries will be delivered the next working day after despatch.

Within 5 Day Deliveries will be delivered within 5 working days from despatch.

All deliveries will usually be made between 8am and 6pm and will require a signature.

Please note that for deliveries purposes Saturday does not constitute a working day, although in some areas parcels may be delivered on Saturday.

In times of high demand on the postal and courier services such as, but not exclusive to, Fathers Day, Valentines Day and Christmas, our standard Within 5 Working Days delivery service may take a little longer to be delivered. During these times we will not credit for late delivery unless the parcel is delivered after the sixth working day from despatch. If our next working day delivery service is not made within our guidelines at any time of the year we will credit the difference between the Next Working Day and Within 5 Working Days delivery charges.
