Although there is no reason for you to be concerned about putting your credit card details on this site, should you not wish to do so, you may place an order on-line and we will contact you later to take your card details or give instructions for paying by cheque or postal order. " Invoice with delivery" sales are due for payment on receipt of the goods. This type of sale will only be accepted from business customers using an official order number.
By law you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days beginning on the day you receive the products. During such time you are entitled to cancel the order and return the products (at your own cost and in an unused condition) to us for a full credit.

For next day delivery we offer a Next Day Delivery service at £4.99 + VAT (£5.99 inc VAT), or for delivery within 5 working days we charge £4.16 + VAT(£4.99 inc VAT).
Orders over £60 inc VAT (£50 net) are shipped free of charge.

We currently offer a 2-3 day service at a cost of £24.99 + VAT (£29.99 inc VAT).
Orders over £200 inc VAT (£166.67 net) are shipped free of charge.
All claims for shortages, damaged or wrongly supplied goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
We aim to despatch all orders that are received by 3pm on the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday and throughout the week end will be despatched on the following working day.
All orders are despatched on a next working day courier service and over 99% of orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the following working day.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Should a product that is included within our kits become out of stock we shall replace the unavailable stock item with a suitable alternative product.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

All goods returned must be in saleable condition.

All returned products must be received by us in an as-sold condition. Packaging must include instructions, be complete and undamaged. Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
To recycle your old electrical equipment, simply return it in to our office address, which is, grp 55 ltd, Sandbank Estate, Cumeragh Lane, Whittingham, Preston, PR3 2AJ within 28 days of purchasing your replacement product, and we will recycle it for your for free, although you must arrange and meet the cost of returning it to us. We are unable to arrange the collection of items for recycling.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
