DELIVERY Next Day Deliveries will be delivered the next working day after despatch.
Within 5 Day Deliveries will be delivered within 5 working days from despatch.
All deliveries will usually be made between 8am and 6pm and will require a signature.
Please note that for deliveries purposes Saturday does not constitute a working day, although in some areas parcels may be delivered on Saturday.
In times of high demand on the postal and courier services such as, but not exclusive to, Fathers Day, Valentines Day and Christmas, our standard Within 5 Working Days delivery service may take a little longer to be delivered. During these times we will not credit for late delivery unless the parcel is delivered after the sixth working day from despatch. If our next working day delivery service is not made within our guidelines at any time of the year we will credit the difference between the Next Working Day and Within 5 Working Days delivery charges.
UK DELIVERY ZONES We will accept online orders to areas with postcode prefixes: GY, ZE, JE, IM, KW, BT, HS and IV and charge our standard rates of postage and packaging, however, we reserve the right to charge an additional rate of carriage at our discretion. If we intend to exercise this option, we will contact you prior to despatch. If you require delivery to one of these addresses we recommend that you place orders with us on weekdays between 9am-5pm over the telephone by calling 08700 42 42 26.
WE DO NOT USE ROYAL MAIL TO SHIP ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS AS IT IS ILLEGAL TO SEND MOST PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS VIA ROYAL MAIL.

Returns Policy In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to return this product in an as-sold condition within seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods, to receive a full refund.
In addition to your standard rights a 45-day money back guarantee is extended on selected products, where indicated on the website. All returned products must be received by us in an as-sold condition. Packaging must include instructions, be complete and undamaged. Any return that does not meet these criteria will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All postage costs are excluded and remain the responsibility of the customer.
